長い歴史と共に育まれてきた伝統文化「茶道」。学んでみたくても、格式の高さに気後れしてしまう人もいるのではないでしょうか｡そんなイメージを取り払おうと、取り組みを始めたのは瀬谷区在住の勝部暢之さん。「私は茶道を国籍問わず、多くの人に楽しんでもらうため、手順をシンプルに、分かりやすい教室を開いています」と話します。そんな勝部さんが開く初心者向け茶道教室「和の会」と、授業内容について紹介します。

Mr. Katsube wished he would broaden the Tea Ceremony all over the world after he had learned it.
He had been learning and opened the class.
勝部さんの茶道教室は現在、中屋敷地区センター２階の和室を借りて開かれています
教室には自由な服装で参加でき、椅子に座ってお茶を楽しむ立札式で実施しています。教室が始まると勝部さんが点てたばかりのお茶や、季節に合ったお菓子を楽しみながら、茶道の歴史や魅力について知ることができます。
Students can attend in free clothing with desk and chair .They can learn Japanese history and charm of the Tea Ceremony , having a bowl of tea with Japanese sweets.

勝部さんは英語も堪能なので、外国の方も参加できます。茶道を通して国際交流もできます。
Mr. Katsube is good at English and can teach foreign people so they can exchange each other culture.

より茶道を学びたい人向けに、さらに高度なレッスンを用意しています。
Mr. Katsube can teach for beginner grade at first.
手順を教える勝部さん
レッスンに必要な道具は主に３つです。
They need following items.
袱紗（ふくさ）Fukusa
点前の中で道具を清めたり、釜の蓋をとるときに使う布です。
It uses for cleaning utensils and putting a lid of kettle away.
男女によって違う色の物を使っています。 Men and women have different color Fukusa.
扇子 Sensu（Fan）
涼をとるために使う道具ですが、茶道では入室の際などに使う儀礼用の道具です。
Usually it’s used for cooling off , but only for etiquette.
懐紙 Kaishi(Paper Napkin)
お客様にお菓子を提供する際、下にひく紙です。
lt’s used for taking sweets on it.
手順を一つずつ丁寧に教えるので、馴染みのない人でも大丈夫です。
Mr.Katsube can teach one by one , step by step for beginners.
茶道文化を世界へ The Tea Ceremony all over the world
瀬谷区では２０２７年に国際園芸博覧会が開かれます。勝部さんは大きなイベントを機に茶道を広め、世界中で親しまれる文化にしたいと願っています。「青空の下、美しい花々に囲まれながらお茶を楽しむのも良いですね」と勝部さん。
2027 , the Green Expo is held in Seya area. Mr. Katsube hopes to broaden the Tea Ceremony in that good chance all over the world.
He says “ It’s wonderful to have a bowl of tea among beautiful flowers.”
